Promoters can be allocated a discount code for their students to use, which provides a discount against the price of each full weekend pass as well as earning the promoter credits. In addition to setting up a code, we will also provide customised web banners.
ABOUT THE PROMOTER DISCOUNT CODES
Your students can input this code when buying Full Weekend Passes on our ticketing system, and will have a discount of £5 automatically applied to the price of each Full Weekend Pass purchased.
(NB. The discount code is applicable for the purchase of full weekend passes only, not accomodation or other passes, and is applied per pass, not per order, so 1 pass purchased receives £5 discount, 2 passes purchased receives £10 discount, etc)
Additionally, our system will also track usage of discounts, and as the promoter you will earn credits as certain targets are reached which can then be exchanged for passes or hotel accomodation. Details are as follows;
5 full passes sold = 1 Credit
10 full passes sold = 2 Credits
15 full passes sold = 3 Credits
20 full passes sold = 4 Credits
25 full passes sold = 5 Credits
CREDITS
Credits that have been earned can be exchanged as follows;
Weekend Party Pass = 1 Credit
Full Weekend Pass = 2 Credits
Double / Twin Room (2 Nights) = 4 Credits
Single Room (2 Nights) = 3 Credits
(All of the above are subject to availability)
NOTE: The top three promoters on May 31st 2012 will also be allocated extra credits.
