Please check your booking before confirmation and payment is made, as all bookings are non-refundable. Transfer of your booking to another person is allowed, but only with advance written consent of the promoter. A fee may apply to any transfers and no changes can be made after June 15th 2012.
It is the responsibility of the attendee to ascertain the date and time of the event and any information relating to getting to the event.
While photography and recording of classes is allowed this must only be done during the demonstration given by the teacher for the purpose of recording and with their permission. All recordings are strictly for personal use and no other use of media recorded at The Salsa Central Weekend is permitted without the permission of Salsa Central and the artist(s) in question.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission. The Salsa Central Weekend is a ticketless event and proof of identity may be requested.
Bookings may not be re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain, any attempts to do so will render the booking void and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
Accommodation may only be used by the person(s) named in the booking, and no more than the stated number of people may stay in a room (1 for single rooms, 2 for double or twin rooms, 3 for triple rooms).
Salsa Central reserves the right to cancel any booking which is advertised or published in any manner with the intent to resell for profit or commercial gain.
The event management reserve the right to alter or vary the programme due to a change in circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
The management accept no responsibility for any lost or damaged to personal property.
